Reading, Life, and Some other thoughts. 並且說他們創業圈的朋友多半對這個 idea 非常 exciting。 為什麼 因為台灣的投資人其實很不尊重專業人士，又普遍有 我出錢我最大 的顧客心態。 像我好了，我對於我有興趣的東西的專注力其實可能算是驚人的 但是我很容易因為過於投入最後無法固定作息，甚至損害到自己的健康 然後我沒興趣的話，那東西我不但會 delay ，而且做出來的品質可能會很糟糕 以我自己的標準。 可行性評估者本身要有一定的專業能力，這也是我對很多公司的 PM 職稱都覺得無法信任的原因，因為他們很多人基本上沒有實務經驗就進來當了 PM 的角色，抓以前有進行過的案子的進度不是問題，但是新的案子要評估可行性、時程、人力需求甚至進度管理，我就很有疑問到底能不能適任。 結果很多所謂大公司的 PM ，其實角色大多數是採購 秘書，真正的 PM 角色往往是經理，總有點名實不符的感覺啦。 不過粗估再怎麼誇張，應該有機會一兩百萬台幣搞定 prototype 然後撐到有客戶單吧 然後之後就是資金管理者要怎麼集資、決策者怎麼營運之類的問題。 June 11, 2014.

(from wikipedia: system software. 想要限縮 System Software 的範圍。 你遇到一個自稱為 arm linux 的系統工程師，結果連 hrtimer/Jiffies 都搞不清怎麼用、怎麼算出來的. 你遇到一個自稱為 arm linux 的系統工程師，結果根本連 ARM spec 都沒看過，每次分析評估都讓人覺得在觀落陰的. 例如說我之前被塞了一個 NOC 相關的 duty ，結果我大概一邊做其他的工作，一邊花了約兩個月把這整個 driver 大部分搞懂 當然因為資源暫時缺乏，所以我到最近才有辦法做比較詳細的測試。 August 3, 2014.

Reading, Life, and Some other thoughts. 組織改組就有人也會跟著 Job Rotate 掉。 我這個部門也損失了一員大將 跟著原本的大老闆去另一個部門了 ，然後因為部門任務也順便調整，雖然稍微負擔輕一點 但是交接期，以及之後應該還會偶而介入協助，畢竟工作性質還是有點重疊 ，但還是缺人，於是就內部調了一個剛畢業的新人過來。 我常半開玩笑地說，計算機的基礎就那些，不管多絢麗最後其實都是 0 跟 1 的組合，這是因為我有興趣的軟體領域在底層，而且受限於硬體。 本來我推坑了一個朋友進來 就學識跟經驗來說，應該是等級比我高上不少 ，可是中途他被推坑到另一個也缺人的部門 可是那個部門人力是我們部門的兩倍 orz。 當時目前眾人預測的接班人才剛進來敝司 內部一票當初一起奮鬥的老臣，早就大部分退休或離去，或者無意執行長的位置 併購進來的、外面的人又不見得能夠真的改造敝司 從諸多商業案例來看，外部請來的執行長造成災難毀掉公司的比率遠比成功改造再創高峰的比率多 ，還要花時間磨合公司文化。 July 11, 2015.
