Wednesday, April 20, 2011. We had some playgroup buddies over today to do a fun little Earth Day craft. Unfortunately, Olivia was NOT in the mood to share her backyard and her toys with the other kids, so the beginning of the playdate. Was a bit rough. Let me just say that a case of the terrible (almost)twos combined with multiple molars coming in is not fun for anyone. But once she finally got into it she had a pretty good time! Monday, January 31, 2011. One of the mommas in our awesome Bellevue. Playgroup has a family cabin on Kachess. And invited a few of us out for a snow playdate. I wasn't sure how Olivia would react, seeing as I'm a complete cold-weather wuss and she'd never been in the snow, but I figured it would be a good adventure! I didn't get too many photos because I was pretty busy trying to hold her upright in hard-packed snow, but here's a few fun ones from the day. That's O and her BFF. Maren She loves " Maaawen.

Sunday, March 27, 2011. Punta Mita 3.11. Well, we're back from Spring Break in Mexico and we had an absolute BLAST! Olivia loved every second of the trip - pool, beach, cousins, swimming, sand, extended family, food all day long! She's at a funny stage of going "shy" when the camera comes out, so I unfortunately don't have all that many great photos of her. Monday, April 11, 2011. Good day, sunshine. Spring has sure taken its time to reach Seattle, but we've FINALLY had some gloriously sunshiny days lately. Tuesday, May 3, 2011. We spent the week following Easter in CA. Picnic, the park, the pool, the zoo, BBQ, shopping. we did it all, Irvine-style! Here's a random sampling of photos from the week:. And then to top it all off my new turquoise scarf somehow ended up in the light laundry load and dyed ALL of my white t-shirts/tank tops/favorite sweater/Olivia's onesies a nasty shade of pale blue. Sunday, September 26, 2010. Well, it's been a few weeks since I posted anything, and Doug reminded me that Olivia's "fans" are awaiting new content. Long story short, she got a nasty stomach virus shortly after we got back from Utah. Shortly after she recovered from that she came down with an icky cold.
