Lemon Demon - Word Disassociation. Just wanted everyone to know: Even if I don't update this journal very much, I still read every entry on my friendslist page. Hee The power went out so I couldn't update. Stayed here in Galveston for the storm. The decision was made after waiting until the last minute AND watching the news. It was staying east of the island and slowing down.so that meant no storm surges for us. This place was REALLY REALLY damned lucky. Just a wobble to the west and we would have taken the brunt of the hurricane. All Galveston got was heavy winds, with little or no rain. Sooo, everything is back to normal for now.
