Saturday, November 16, 2013. 3rd Race to run and my goal was to beat my last 2 times. This was in St George for there Turket Trot 5k. Time to beat 34:04.Finished at a AWESOME 28:48. I was so shocked. I pushed my self to make sure I could beat my time and when I got to the end and saw the time I was in SHOCK! So happy. Its a great feeling. Friday, November 15, 2013. I finally did it! I have lost 25LBS! Friday, November 8, 2013. Disney on Ice 2013. This is our 3 time going and we love it! WE LOVE YOU KEVIN.

I have also been doing family history and brian and i were able to go to the temple and do baptisms for the dead for our family it was such a great experience, especially for brian he never has done it before so he loved it and wouldnt get out of the water :) . Monday, August 26, 2013. I have been working out for the last 10 weeks. I am down 12 lbs and have lost at least 9 to 10 inches off my body. WOW! I am up to running 2 miles straight on the treadmill and also using the weight lifting equipment. It has been a journey but Im glad I started and cant wait to lose another 12lbs. I average 1-3 lbs a week. Im now pushing it to be at least 2-3 a week. Thursday, August 15, 2013. 1st day of school 2013. Eating breakfast at school and meeting her teacher!
