Tudo bem.Todo mundo sabe que aqui no Japão o calor é insuportável. Mas ninguém imagina o que é a temperatura subir até 40 graus ,ter o sol queimando coro cabeludo,o calor não dando trégua,o suor escorrendo por todo o corpo(e quando eu escrevo TODO o corpo é TODO mesmo! I’ve run slightly here and there the past 2 weeks (3 minutes to 6 minutes at a time, no more than10 minutes total) but that even hurts tremendously a few hours later. I saw two doctors yesterday, did more x-rays, and was informed my bones have not yet healed and I’ll be sidelined for a few more weeks. Moral of the story: if it hurts, STOP! What am I doing here?
