Kevin was born in Toronto and decided to make a permanent move to the Kawarthas, an area he loved at 19. He had previously only cottaged in the area with his family when he was a child. He now lives North of Coboconk on Shadow Lake with his wife, Patti and their three sons. After constructing his own home in 1979, he decided this was his passion and he has been building in the City of Kawartha Lakes ever since.
