Ranting, Raving, and Running. To Run.or not to Run? It’s been awhile since I’ve run a race. I’m getting the itch! I’m also a bit behind on my fitness, but I can’t think of a better way to get more motivated and excited than to run a race. This little baby popped up in the active.com app today: 22nd Annual Leprechaun Lope. It’s a 10k race, which I really enjoy. Perfect mileage for my fitness level now. In an area I’m familiar with, so last-minute registration is no biggie. I have nothing going on tomorrow.
