Ward The area is adjacent to the canal levee which broke after Katrina. Many of the homes were washed away, while the others have been removed because they were condemned. I got DSD compiled without any issues, just following the instructions as George M1GEO did, however I did run into a couple of issues trying to decode anything and have been unsuccessful as of yet.
