張貼者： Aaron Liu. 聽了我才警覺到嚴重性，因為在30秒內用核電嚇唬人很容易，但要解釋清楚什麼是核安、怎麼評估風險卻很難。 當然我不是核工專家，沒辦法說明核四安不安全，但搞專案管理這麼久，起碼知道什麼叫做風險評估。 風險簡單來說就是可能發生的危害，必然發生的危害或不可能發生的危害都不叫風險，所以評估風險除了要評估風險帶來的危害（影響）之外，還必須評估風險的可能性（機率）。 以搭飛機為例，如果飛機墜機乘客會死光光，風險影響很大，但因為發生機率微乎其微，評估出來的風險因子就很低，飛機自然是可被接受的交通工具。 如今大談廢核時，普遍的訴求都是說核災影響很大，若是爆發整個北北基宜全部遭殃，福島殷鑑不遠，因此必須廢核。可是這是只看「影響」沒估「機率」的說法，也就是說這並不是完整的評估，而是只看一半的片面之詞，幾乎等於是在「恐嚇」。 況且就算要使用風險規避策略，也應該要與替代方案一起比較，否則規避得了風險，規避不了需求，單純地放棄核電只是逃避風險，是不負責的作法。 開箱文] Metz 50 AF-1 for Canon閃燈開箱. 張貼者： Aaron Liu. 機頂有45,60,75, 90的跳燈刻度.
