the complaining annex: world cup fever
http://cadeland.blogspot.com/2010/06/world-cup-fever.html
Honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated. Thursday, June 17, 2010. I have to say i have really been enjoying the festivities in south africa the last 6 days. people have tried to make it a point to complain about everything from the low scores to the new design ball to, of course, the dreaded vuvuzela. None of these things have bothered me. which i know, given the very nature of this particular blog, seems as foreign as the names on the back of the cote d'ivoire players. Posted by cade at 6:22 PM.

Honest. soft-hitting. and utterly frustrated. Thursday, October 28, 2004. So, maybe one curse does cancel another. Of course, that's the biggest reason for the retraction. all the patriots have done is win a measily 21 straight games. (not that i am rooting for them, but it's worth mentioning). All in all, congratulations red sox! Posted by cade at 2:17 AM. Thursday, October 21, 2004. Divine inspiration or distraction? In recent years i have noticed a trend when i encounter God-centered worship, teaching...

We'll keep our day jobs. And baby makes three. We're thrilled to be sharing our exciting news with you! Look for Baby E to arrive on or around September 2010. Above is Baby's 10 week sonogram, which isn't an accurate photo of Baby today. Mommy is now at 15 weeks and can only image how much Baby has grown. We'll find out tomorrow at our doctor's appointment. Below are a few more pictures Alex took of the three of us. If you look closely, you'll see a very slight baby bump:). Snorkeling fun with Naomi and ...

Happy Year of the Ox! Our new favorite mode of public transportation, a tricycle, is basically a 2-person carriage welded to the side of a dirt bike. Much cheaper and more enjoyable than a taxi. We started out our trip on Mactan Island, Cebu, where we stayed in a nice resort for a couple of days. Although we enjoyed our time there, it paled in comparison to Moalboal, a city on the southwestern part of the island where we spent the remainder of our trip. Keep reading to see why. And our personal favorite,...

Made in Taiwan: Malaysian Holiday
http://chipandchels.blogspot.com/2010/03/malaysian-holiday.html
Borneo is truly beautiful (with exception to the immense amount of deforestation taking place there). Enjoy our pics. Including the Ewalds, 7 people from our company went to Borneo for the new year. Although we only crossed paths a couple of times, it was certainly fun to enjoy the company of our friends while vacationing. On our flight over we traveled with good friends Naomi and Ashley. Off the crystal clear waters of Mabul and Sipidan. Chip entering the water for a dive. Traveling in these parts is do...
