aaronneathery.com NEWS: January 2005
http://aaronneathery.blogspot.com/2005_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 26, 2005. Yep Finally got sick of having to recreate the news page every damn time I wanted to say something new. Sorry about the pop-ups. I busted my butt getting a rather elaborate animated music video done for my annual website Christmas gift only to discover that Toon Boom Studio 1 and OS X Panther don't get along with one another in the slightest. Hopefully I'll be able to get "Santa Is Watching You" online within the next couple of months. Posted by Aaron Neathery at 8:01 AM.

aaronneathery.com NEWS: February 2005
http://aaronneathery.blogspot.com/2005_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 23, 2005. Wynn, Lose, or Draw. Pop Culture Gadabout Bill Sherman. Has written a spiffy review of Ed Wynn's debut talkie, Follow The Leader. 1930) Bill speculates that Wynn's early 30s radio success was behind the scarcity of movie roles during that decade (a mere two films). He's right, but not because Wynn lacked the desire to make a name for himself in movies (he had jumped at the chance to make a silent, Rubber Heels. The amiably goofy Follow the Leader. But audiences cooled quickl...

Sunday, April 09, 2006. Who you gonna believe, me or your own eyes? Contrary to what appears to be the plainly obvious, this blog is not dead. What with The Third Banana. Occupying most of my spare writing time, aaronneathery.com NEWS. Posted by Aaron Neathery at 1:57 PM. Now I'm scared . . . Just ignore me. I'm full of horse pucky. There is a project in the works, though. View my complete profile.

aaronneathery.com NEWS: The Electromatic Radio Podcast Begins This Week! (details below!)
http://aaronneathery.blogspot.com/2008/06/what-is-electromatic-radio.html
Saturday, August 01, 2009. The Electromatic Radio Podcast Begins This Week! WHAT IS ELECTROMATIC RADIO? In a way, this. Some say that Electromatic. Radio is the warm summer breeze that catches your back as you walk through the park. Others say that Electromatic. Radio is the morning dew on the lawn that you mowed only the day before. Still others say that Electromatic. Radio is the threatening message scrawled across your bathroom mirror in lipstick. All of these answers are correct. WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

aaronneathery.com NEWS: September 2005
http://aaronneathery.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 29, 2005. Society's End, tricksters, and bellzukies. The Society's End sessions are finished! What we have sounds excellent and, needless to say, light years ahead of our 1993-94 work. The bad news is that Josh and I ran out of time and had to whittle down our plans for a full album into a mini-album. The good news is that, as we don't have enough material to warrant a full CD, we'll be uploading the entire mini-album, Yes, Sonic Ted? Bill Sherman has posted a blog entry. Tuesday, Sep...

Te audire no possum. Musa sapientum fixa est in aure. Tuesday, February 16, 2010. An excellent new "silent" comedy short from director and longtime 3rd Banana reader Greg Glienna. Enjoy! Posted by Aaron Neathery at 6:59 AM. As everyone knows Greg Glienna is BIG TIME HOLLYWOOD! Does the previous poster smoke crack? I dont know anyone else doing silent films but thanks for the Dizzy Daniels website, I hadnt heard of him. I did direct my friend Emo Philips in a silent short called The Can Man which can ...

The Third Banana: High Noonan
http://thirdbanana.blogspot.com/2009/07/high-noonan.html
Te audire no possum. Musa sapientum fixa est in aure. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. By Nick Santa Maria. OK students, what do Tommy Noonan, George O'Hanlon, Jerry Lester, Joe Besser, Mousie Garner, Frank Mitchell, Vince Barnet, and Doodles Weaver all have in common? Well, they all had a hand in what has to be one of the worst, and most fascinating "comedies" ever made. If you haven't seen 1959's The Rookie. Now get this.Noonan is drafted on the day the war ends, but the little schmuck wants to go anyway!
