In which we see a very obese man, Mr. Creosote, food spilled down his chin and clothes, sitting in front of a table heaped with empty, dirty dishes. Monday, June 22, 2015. 2 cups grated zucchini. 1 tsp baking soda. 3 tsp baking powder. 1 Combine eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini, and vanilla. 2 In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder. 3 combine wet and dry ingredients. 4 pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
