LJ and the Sunshine Band. Monday, July 19, 2010. I Unofficially Love the Eighties. Well, I am just feeling great. I'm actually wondering if the doctor put anything in my tummy! Apart from some slight tenderness around the 'port hole', I feel totally normal. Amazing. 51kg since the doctors. Which means, I am unofficially in the eighties! Have a great week,. LJ and the Sunshine Band. Friday, July 30, 2010. It's been a slow week. Not a lot to say, not a lot went on. In fact, I am quite bored. Even today, my WID*, was slow. Only 0.4kg lost since last Friday. Trying not to be too disappointed. I knew the ride would have to slow down, I mean, no one can keep losing 4kg a week. But it's just a bit of a bummer. LJ and the Sunshine Band. Saturday, July 17, 2010. I have just been taking it easy. Watching the girls build a cubby house for Willow in the hedges whilst sipping peppermint tea with mum in the lovely winter sunshine. Very relaxing. I'm having some vitamized chicken soup for dinner. Through the day I had a small glass of apple juice and also prune juice. All seems to go down just fine. Though there are some weird gurgly noises sometimes. Lots of water to sip. LJ and the Sunshine Band. Friday, July 23, 2010. That's the way, uh-huh uh-huh. Official WID (weigh in day) and 5.9 kg (13lb) since the start and 4.2kg since last week. I am very happy. It's a week today since I got out of hospital and I'm feeling great. I know I won't be seeing such major losses on the scale from now on, but it's given me a great headstart, I'm in the eighties and it can only get better. Willow and new bestie, Marvin.
