Just another WordPress.com weblog. Chest x-ray with arrow. I know there has been a bit of a delay with the blog. I was on-call two nights this past week. The last case involved a young Kipsigi man who was shot with an arrow through his larynx (voice box) dividing his airway, and landing in his right lung. It was quite a surgery.
