A BATTLE of the BULGE. My personal journey through the weight watchers program. Thursday, April 06, 2006. Well, you're not going to believe this one. I GAINED 4.8 lbs! I think it has something to do with the 19-mile run I ran on Saturday. I've been up ever since and I believe it is residual fluid build up in my joints. We'll watching it closely over the next few days - week and see if it doesn't subside. THAT was a shocker! I looked in the mirror and I couldn't find it! Get these Degrees NOW!
