So I decided that I would take it down to how poverty affects children. Another article I found was the doctors were not telling parents of children who could possibly be obese. By not informing the parents of the risks there child might be in, the doctors are allowing these children to slowly get diabetes.

It would make sense to just say go out exercise and eat right, but as the studies clearly show thats not how it works for those considered "poor". I liked how it opened with the foreigner idea. My friend was foreign exchange student from Germany and when she first came she thought everyone in America was obese and then she figured out it wasnt true. When is Thin Too Thin?
