February was so wonderful. I got to host one of my very best friends for Valentine’s weekend! We ended the day with thai food and an early bedtime. Perfection. We finished the weekend off with a movie with my 2 kids (that I nanny…. no worries) and some more good food before I took her to the airport and sent her off! Wednesday, August 5, 2015. 1 I decided I wanted to spend as much time with DJ as possible. So on Monday I asked him on a "date". I let him choose where to go, and of course he chose Freddys. I surprised him by letting him drive my new car too. (Nate ended up joining the fun so it was really a brother date). We talked about what DJ wanted to do before he left and what his thoughts were. 2 Jayne's family was out of town. So I worked A LOT of extra hours! 3 I got to go on a date and have a little break!

Tuesday, December 30, 2014. December 30, 2014. It definitely came and went this season. I never really got in the true Christmas spirit. Christmas eve we did our usual party at my aunt and uncles house. They always decorate to perfection. Our party consisted of eating dinner, acting out the nativity, and gift exchange. Alie got to be Mary this year, and she definitely got into the character. I've been debating what I want to say about this. I guess I'll share how it led up to it. Fast forward to now.

Sunday, August 31, 2014. 1320 is Back in Business. Last week we decided to have a party to kick off the new school. Last semester we planned out a "Will Ferrell" where everyone dresses up as their fav Will Ferrell character. It fell through, so we just decided to use that theme. It was a busy day! Party prep is always the worst, but the party always makes up for it! 1st: Costco run to get some food for the party. We may have even treated ourselves to some Costco pizza. Sunday, June 21, 2015. June 21, 2015. I texted Morgan earlier that week saying I had Saturday off, so we needed to tour! She said Franklin Institute was the best, so we decided to go there! Abby (the girl replacing Morgan), Vanita and her girls came along! It's basically a hands on museum that teaches you about science. The little girls probably loved it more than anyone.
