I love hanging out with my kids and am amazed to watch them learn. I can choose curriculum that I love for my kids. Field trips whenever it makes sense to us.

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Yesterday Lucy hit the 1 month milestone. I took these pictures yesterday but just got around to writing/posting today. Here is a little update. Everyone always asks how she is sleeping, which I know is a normal question. The answer is that she sleeps pretty well. She falls asleep on her own in her crib for most naps during the day. Once she is asleep for bedtime, she wakes up about 4-5 hours after her last feeding and then I feed her again sometime in the 6am hour. Simple temp...

Sunday, June 28, 2015. Lucy is three months old today; it seems like quite a milestone to reach. We are loving getting to know her and snuggle her! Lucy has been sleeping through the night, from about 10pm-6am. However, for the past week she has been waking up anywhere between 2am and 4am to eat. I am hoping that it is just a growth spurt and that she will soon go back to sleeping until 6am. She takes several naps during the day and usually lays down easily. The doctor said she may be petite, but she is healthy. Even though I was not worried, it was still nice to hear that she is doing well. She got her first round of shots - no fun!
