Everyone bats until they hit the ball and then the teams switch. Joe, John, Angela and Nathan. Oh How They Grow . . . Friends on the Web. Agate Lake Girl (The Polichs).

http://thefriedrichs.blogspot.com/2010/02/little-freddy.html
Wednesday, February 3, 2010. John and I were discussing nicknames. He was trying to understand why some people call dad "Freddy." So I explained that it is a short version of our last name. Then I said that maybe I should call John "Little Freddy." He told me he was not little but I could call him "Medium Freddy.". He then continued with "Daddy is Big Freddy. I am Medium Freddy and Nathan is Little Freddy.". So I asked, 'Where does Mom fit in? John replied with "You can be Bigger Medium Freddy!

The Friedrichs Family: December 2012
http://thefriedrichs.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Thursday, December 27, 2012. So I recently stumbled upon the blog I used to keep of my family and all their antics. It has been over 2 years since I last posted and I am considering starting it up again. As I looked back at the old stories and pictures, it made me happy that I had written some of the stories down. I realized that as the kids grow, I forget some of those details that made me smile. So as a quick catch-up, here are a few recent pictures:. Nathan (5 years old) - Preschool. Friends on the Web.

Friday, December 25, 2009. Wyatt starts 1st. Grade. Wyatt entered 1st. Grade this year! This year I was a little more sad leading up to the first day, as it hit me now how big he really is. He would be going to school all day everyday now, and I wasn't going to have that time at home with him anymore. As always I took a ton of pictures on this first day! Standing next to the tree he bought me for my first Mothers Day. He was so excited! All ready to go to school. Always have to have a picture with Tucker.

Friday, June 11, 2010. Nathan's Free Ball game. Nathan, Daddy and Mommy were busy as spectators at John's T-ball game. Daddy and Nathan were happily playing baseball on the sidelines. That's when daddy noticed that Nathan was emanating. Joe asked if I had a spare diaper in my purse (which I always do.) However this time I didn't as I recently used it and had failed to put a new home in my purse. I told Joe I thought there was a spare in the truck. Off Joe and Nathan went to the truck. Excited. He got...

The Friedrichs Family: Marriage . .. such a tough decision at 4
http://thefriedrichs.blogspot.com/2010/09/marriage-such-tough-decision-at-4.html
Tuesday, September 21, 2010. Marriage . . such a tough decision at 4. John and I were putting together puzzles and I noticed he stopped helping. So I asked him about it and he replied "I'm just thinking.". So of course I wanted to know what he was thinking about so intensely. He told me "I just cannot figure out who I am going to marry . . .Melissa* or Kendra*". Of course I chuckled and noted " You have plenty of time to figure that out! And I don't want her to be mad at me," John said. Friends on the Web.

The Friedrichs Family: April 2010

Thursday, April 29, 2010. The mystery of hotdogs. I was making the quick and oh-so-popular kids meal of hot dogs. And Mac&Cheese, when Nathan walked over to me. In keeping with his daily routine, he said "I hungee. And I replied, "I am making hot dogs. For supper so we will eat soon.". Well, Nathan insisted he needed to see what I was making. So I picked him up so he could see the pots of boiling water and was instructing him that he couldn't touch because everything was very hot. Friends on the Web.
