Sunday, December 5. Thanksgiving at the River! We were able to spend a week out at the river for Thanksgiving this year. It was such beautiful weather and the kids had a blast. I am so thankful for having such a fun and relaxing place to go to get away from all the everyday stresses. This was the first time that Luke insisted on sitting with the big kids! A beautiful fall day! This is the view from our front porch. Papa playing soccer with the kids. Our sweet dog Lady. She loved sitting in the sun!

Tuesday, September 29. Last week was spirit week at school. Abby dressed as a cook for occupation day and in red, white and blue on patriotic day. She had a lot of fun! The last day of the week the school went on a field trip to the local ice skating ring. I talked Auntie into coming with us and skating with Abby. Thank you TT for always being willing to help! That evening there was a bbq and open house. Here are some pics of the week! Thursday, September 10. So the summer is over and here comes fall!

Thursday, September 16. Nate's off to preschool! This morning I dropped Nate off for his first day of preschool. Wow! I am really so proud of him and I realize that just because the experience was different it was still his own. I did manage a few quick pictures. This was also Abby's first day back after being gone because of her broken arm. She wanted to be in the pictures too! Wednesday, September 15. Its been a while! Here is some video from todays lesson. Caleb told me today that he heard the baby "fart". What can I say? Boys will be boys! I like to plan ahead but today I thought hey let's go for a nature walk! My Aunt Debbie used to take us kids on nature walks when we were kids and it's still one of my favorite memories.
