Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Quick, Eat Something! It does feel that way some days though. I met with the Dietitian. The good news is that my cholesterol and glucose are fine. My triglycerides. and blood pressure. Not so great. Bad in fact. And my eating habits are abysmal. So she gave me some direction and told me to keep a food journal and I am surprised by some of what I'm learning about me and food. But it's only been a day and I feel better. :).
