The Good, The Bad and the Ugly. The wedding gift edition. The wedding day was perfect, (a few snafus, but still perfect), honeymoon was amazing and relaxing. We got many fabulous gifts from our friends and family, some off our registry, some clever and thoughtful and some not quite 'us'. My favorite registry gifts :. The Things I Do. Friday, July 18, 2008. I was surprised to see an envelope and confetti all over my desk at work yesterday morning. Hhmmm, it’s not my birthday. Oh no they didn’t! The envelope read Priscilla and Lester. It was a beautiful greeting card wishing both of us a happy marriage. The card was filled with nice comments written by my co-workers. I felt strongly that I should do it, so I filled out an application. And then I didn't hear back from anyone. After calling them to check up on it they found an hour for me to present to two classes toward the end of the day. A second grade class and a Kindergarten class. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to be a mother more than anything else.
