Rigby Chronicles: August 2014
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Wednesday, August 13, 2014. We are thrilled to be adding one more to our family. As I mentioned in my earlier post, it came as quite a shock to be pregnant but it was a very welcomed surprise. In May we found out that our little surprise is a boy! We were all so excited! The girls really wanted a brother. That actually surprised me. I thought they would wish for another little sister to dress up and play with, but they both really wanted a brother. Makes me a little nervous! Thankfully, I have had some g...

Rigby Chronicles: August 2013
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 18, 2013. Just today, she finished her goal and read her 100th book! We are so proud of her! She did awesome. She read some challenging books too! I did let her sneak in a few easier ones just to keep the momentum going. 100 is a lot after all! But for the most part, she read what I think were pretty challenging books for an almost first grader. What do I know, she's my first kid? But, I think she did fantastic! Of course I do, she's my daughter! Sunday, August 11, 2013. I am so happy that...

Rigby Chronicles: The Rigby Academy
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2014/09/the-rigby-academy.html
Monday, September 8, 2014. This past month has been busy for us just as it has been for many families with school beginning. New schedules, activities and all that comes with the transition from summer to the school year. However, this year it is a little different for us as we have decided to homeschool our kids! I've mentioned this before and haven't gone into too much detail yet, so I thought I would dedicate at least one post to this topic. Please excuse the poor photos (Sorry Jeff! Each day we begin...

Rigby Chronicles: September 2012

Thursday, September 20, 2012. A Mormon Girl's Perspective on Mormonism. I've thought about writing this for a while now. I've hesitated because I think you all know that I'm Mormon and you pretty much have a feel for my values and beliefs. Or do you? You see, I think there are so many misconceptions about our church because the focus always seems to be on polygamy, how we don't drink Coke, our mysterious. We take care of the funeral dinner. Someone moving in to our neighborhood? Anyway, I just kind of wa...

Rigby Chronicles: Luke Jeffrey Rigby
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2015/01/luke-jeffrey-rigby.html
Thursday, January 8, 2015. This post is LONG overdue and just plain LONG! Luke was born October 2, 2014. Our lives have been turned upside down since! Yes, the sleepless nights and trying to keep up with the endless amounts of laundry and housework have been a challenge. I've had days when I've wondered if I'm really cut out for this or not. It's so hard sometimes! The delivery went great. I didn't feel any of the labor pains up until I started to push and then I felt it quite a bit! Oh yes. But it w...

Rigby Chronicles: October 2012
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 24, 2012. I met Candi through my church. I actually met her daughter first. Candi was in surgery at the time. I found out that she was recently diagnosed with stage four ovarian cancer and the prognosis wasn't good. I was told that she didn't have much family or money. And that was it. Oh and that Candi is just 37 years old. They need more help.". She needs to raise money so that she can seek further treatment. There are some great treatments out there that are seeing great results...

Rigby Chronicles: February 2013
http://rigbychronicles.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Tuesday, February 12, 2013. We have a lot to talk about! Before I say anything else, here is the news of the day. Or maybe the year! Lexi is potty trained! She's been a little nervous about going #2 in the potty. She wouldn't do it for me, but the other night while we were at the church getting ready for the scouts' blue and gold banquet, she and Lizette went to the bathroom together. Sure enough, Lizette got her to go #2 for the first time at the church! Here they are playing in the snow in January:.

Friday, January 3, 2014. The Catch Up of All Catch Up Posts. How do I begin this post? Did you think I had fallen off the face of the earth? Oh well. There's only like two people that are going to read this anyway. You won't mind the scrolling will you? I have to post it all so that I can get my blog book published for the year or else our family history will not be complete! This is why I do this blog in the first place. Those blog books really are the best aren't they? First day of School Pics. Jeff he...
