A Broken Chair brewery. Friday, Feb 5 2010. Things are right on schedule, just got back from WAWGG. Great conference, great lectures. They had a really good lecture on composting and biodynamic vs organic. I think there’s a lot of sarcasm against the whole bio dynamic movement, which is too bad.
