http://perfumev.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Memories of the future. Life is an art. It takes faith, love and courage. Sunday, June 23, 2013. I like to ride my bicycle. I went with a friend and bought it yesterday. It's a hybrid. I didn't know what that was before, but I do now). It's a beautiful turquoise and white colour. I have seven gears, a bell, lights (with three different flashing sequences), a basket, and a bicycle lock. You get the idea). Sunday, June 23, 2013. Links to this post. Memories of the future: Bike Party Seoul 8: Rainbow ride

Memories of the future. Life is an art. It takes faith, love and courage. Saturday, June 1, 2013. Bike Party Seoul 8: Rainbow ride. Afraid I've become a little blog lazy, so I need to do a little catching up again. What have I been doing with my time? Then at short notice, Father Dougal messaged me to tell me that he was going and invited me along. As I went to get the subway towards Gangnam (the starting point) I realised that I would possibly be late. I studied the invitation to determine where...We ar...

Meg's Got Seoul: Goodbye, Korea
http://meganpeet.blogspot.com/2013/08/goodbye-korea.html
The Korean misadventures of a rehabilitated news writer. Aug 26, 2013. I'm sitting at the airport, waiting to board my flight. I've said all my goodbyes, checked my bags, and am currently coping with the traumatizing loss of my Alien Registration Card. They took it away at immigration. I'm a little bit devastated. How do I begin to answer that? It's still difficult to say how much I've changed as a person. I know I have, but trying to pinpoint it is like trying to figure out what you look like withou...

Meg's Got Seoul: January 2013
http://meganpeet.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
The Korean misadventures of a rehabilitated news writer. Jan 31, 2013. The picture below is the view from the hallway window at school. If you look very closely, there's a small pagoda on top of that little mountain in the distance. On Wednesday, I decided to try to go there. My quest took me through increasingly narrow streets that slowly wound uphill. And climb and climb. Eventually I came to this: A quaint, tree-filled park perched at the top of the hill. I had reached my destination! Jan 24, 2013.

Meg's Got Seoul: Hello again, and goodbye
http://meganpeet.blogspot.com/2014/01/hello-again-and-goodbye.html
The Korean misadventures of a rehabilitated news writer. Jan 25, 2014. Hello again, and goodbye. Well, here we are. I haven't written because it hurt too much. It still hurts too much. I don't regret my decision to come back, although I imagined my life would be quite different from what it is now. I had visions of returning to the frantic familiarity of Boston, or sinking my teeth into yet another sprawling, enigmatic city- New York. This is the end of this blog, but if (no Meg, when). Hello again, and ...

Meg's Got Seoul: February 2013
http://meganpeet.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
The Korean misadventures of a rehabilitated news writer. Feb 28, 2013. Its not like Im not eating. To clarify: I have been trying SOME of the food. Things you learn when traveling alone. Oh hey, guys. Remember me? Nope I haven't even tried a little bit of the food. It's not that I don't think I'll like it, it's just that when I'm experiencing a new place, food isn't very high on my list of priorities. Also, I get nervous at the thought of eating in a restaurant alone. Feb 13, 2013. My Life In A Meme.

Meg's Got Seoul: April 2013
http://meganpeet.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
The Korean misadventures of a rehabilitated news writer. Apr 29, 2013. Temples, Bibimbap, and Motel Tea Ceremonies. Disclosure: I contracted a nasty cold on Thursday and have been suffering ever since, so I'm a little doozy on cold medicine as I write this. You'll have to excuse me for not being able to string words together the way I normally can. We also learned how to make Jeonju bibimbap, which apparently is different from regular bibimbap. I will say this: It was DELICIOUS. I got to show off...I too...

Memories of the future: May 2013
http://perfumev.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Memories of the future. Life is an art. It takes faith, love and courage. Thursday, May 30, 2013. I attended another 'Taste of K-culture' session today. This involved a guided tour of the National museum of Korean Contemporary History, followed by a lecture on Contemporary Korean Literature. I didn't know the lecture was actually going to be on literature, it was a nice surprise. Krys Lee. The director told us he had been attempting to tackle and document this very same theme. Krys Lee. Only hills upon h...
