Legend has it that each leaflet represents something: the first is HOPE. The second is FAITH, the third is LOVE and the fourth is LUCK. This St. Patrick's Day, a fun yoga posture to try with kids is the Frog Pose. Because frogs are the color green, just like four-leaf clovers! It is a great hip-opener and kids love to jump up and say 'ribbit' while in the pose.
