Dr James W. Byng is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Aberdeen. He recently completed his PhD at the University of Aberdeen and Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew and previously completed the MSc in Biodiversity and Taxonomy of Plants at the University of Edinburgh and Royal Botanic Gardens, Edinburgh. Plant Gateway formed a small herbarium. Last year for our teaching and research activities. The herbarium has about 500 specimens and 7 type specimens to date (Jul. 2015).
