Monday, July 13, 2009. Have not update for a long time and mdm wants us to do so. haha. Ultimate have a few rules of play. It is classified as indoor, outdoor, intense, beach and street. It can be played: 4 on 4 or 5 on 5 depending on the size of the field. It is the most common way of playing ultimate. It is played on sand with teams of 4 to 5 players on a small rectangular area.
