One of the nicest things about the workout? I was able to do it at home thanks to the dumbbells, barbells, mats, bands, and Swiss balls we've accumulated o...

You Are What You Eat. Larr; May 18, 2009. May 20, 2009. May 19, 2009. Breakfast (7:45 - 8 AM): too many cheerios, vanilla soymilk; coffee with vanilla soymilk. I put too many cheerios in my bowl, and then instead of dumping them out, I ate them all. I felt uncomfortably full after breakfast, and couldn’t even finish my coffee. I also had limited time, and so ate too fast. Morning snack: banana (10:30 AM). I was just starting to get hungry - feel good about this one. Lunch (1 PM): two chicken tamales.

Is there a good book about nutrition for endurance sports that you have read? Or a diet that you follow that works for you? Laquo; The Nike Strikes Back.
