http://thezipfs.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Don't Wanna Miss a Thing. With all the busyness that takes over in our lives today, we rarely take the time to stop, think, and remember what the Lord has been and is doing in our lives.we just don't wanna miss a thing any more. Thursday, February 17, 2011. While Letty was taking her afternoon nap, the kids and I bundled up and got outside to enjoy the "warmer" weather. Owen and Ivy worked so hard creating dinner. Posted by the zipfs. Can you guess what I'll be doing soon? BUT, probably NOT today! Mornin...

Communion and Paleo – The Paleo Christian
https://thepaleochristian.wordpress.com/2013/02/06/communion-and-paleo
Following Christ and Caring for His Temple. February 6, 2013. This past Sunday we had Communion at my church. I remember when I first started out on a low carb diet and I encountered my first Communion. I was panicked. I mean cold sweats stuff. What will the grape juice and tiny cracker do to my weight loss? I am sure the same thought crosses the mind of some Christian paleo adherents. I mean you KNOW that you are going to get a gluten exposure when you eat that tiny cracker, right? A Letter to a Friend.

Proverbs 31 Living: December 2014
http://proverbs31living.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 30, 2014. The girls with some branches we gathered. As most of you know - life has been a bit busy and different for us this year with building our house and living in various unique situations meanwhile. We had thought that our house would be done before Christmas but that didn't end up being the case and so life was just generally still in a state of upheaval and so it made it so that Christmas was a little different this year. No decorating of the house from top to bottom. In our dec...

Proverbs 31 Living: August 2015
http://proverbs31living.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 30, 2015. The Cost of Our Silence {Book Review and Giveaway}. Mr Fiorazo starts the book out by talking about the Christian heritage of our country. For me, a lover of history, this was quite interesting. One of the neat quotes from this section was by Jonathan Edwards. It is: "Resolution One: I will live for God. Resolution Two: If no one else does, I still will.". Already in 1928 the Presbyterian Church of the United States rejected these beliefs:. These beliefs are central to Christiani...

So What Are You Like? – There's No Place Like Home
https://redheadmom8.wordpress.com/2014/04/07/so-what-are-you-like
There's No Place Like Home. So What Are You Like? Today I’ve decided to accept an open invitation from Sue Elvis. To answer some questions for the Liebster Awards. I admit that I haven’t heard of this before, but I really enjoyed getting to know Sue a little more. So, here are the questions she posed followed by my answers:. 1 What kind of place do you live in? We live in a row home in a medium-sized city. It’s a little cramped for 12 people, but it’s homey! I just answered that in #2! Because it address...

Proverbs 31 Living: 12 Tips for Living Productively
http://proverbs31living.blogspot.com/2007/08/12-tips-for-living-productively.html
Wednesday, August 1, 2007. 12 Tips for Living Productively. Start each day with Prayer. It works best for me if I get up before my kids and have my quiet time with God. If I miss this time my day never seems to go quite as well. When I am praying I almost always pray asking God to help me to use my time wisely and to know best how to use my day. Have a nap time. I also like to get my washer, dishwasher, dryer and oven all going early in the day and then it really feels like I am getting a lot done at once.
