Meetings are held Wednesdays at the Taylor County Law Enforcement Center (LEC), 450 Pecan on the second floor meeting room. Training begins at 6:00 PM. Save the world from bad calls. Pay State Dues Here! We meet most Wednesdays in season at the Taylor County Law Enforcement Center located at 450 Pecan, Abilene TX 79602. Members with three (3) or fewer years of experience must attend the trainings that begin at 6:00PM. Veterans with over three (3) years experience are encouraged to attend the 6PM training but are only required to attend the 6:30PM meetings . Proficiency Exams For 2016 is available online. Passing the proficiency exam is required to umpire UIL varsity contests.
