The twinning between Argentan. Is a unique twinning venture between the two towns. The other five towns with which the ADTTS are involved are all twinned with each other. Each year the five towns, Sint-Niklaas. Hold a joint meeting to discuss their activities over the past 12 months and make plans for the following year. Abingdon and District Twin Towns Society. The ADTTS promotes twinning with the twin towns. Of Abingdon and the Vale of the White Horse District Council and the Society liaises with other Vale twinning associations. Social events on a twinning theme are held throughout the year, including garden parties, wine tastings, exhibitions and talks on European topics.
