These fritters are a new way to enjoy fresh-shucked corn straight from the field. 4 ears fresh corn. 2 eggs, separated. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1 1/4 t baking powder. 1/2 t cayenne pepper. Veg oil, for frying (coconut oil can be used as sub). In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolks, about 2 minutes, then add to the corn. Stir in the heavy cream and jalapeno pepper. The majority of ingredients can be found at market today! Come by from 3-6 to learn and taste! Fresh tomato and basil sauce w/ goat cheese. 2 Large tomatoes (Large dice). 2 cloves garlic (minced). 189; red onion (minced). 4 oz goat cheese (crumbled). 189; c. Basil (chiffonade). 2 dozen fresh Raviolis or other pasta such as Penne. Salt and pepper to taste.
