We are on the verge of having signs "popping up around" neighborhoods in Oregon with "pornography, racially inappropriate slurs, [and] messages inciting violence.". This wild claim was made in Vial's attempt to encourage Oregonians to contact legislators in opposition to a bill (HB 2823B).

According to AHHA Board minutes, at the conclusion of the February 12, 2013, AHHA board meeting, “ Board President Tony Helbling adjourned the meeting to a continuation of Board executive session as necessary to meet with legal counsel. Since when does the Oregon Planned Community Act allow the board to meet without giving notice? It makes sense, right?
