On December 8, 2010 · Leave a Comment. 70 feared dead and 20 were injured as a plane crash crashed in a field next to the runway to day at 10:30 am in Dhaka. Dhaka bound plane belonged to Free Sky Airways got fire after hit by a thunderstorm near to the landing at Shah Jalal International Airport. The airplane was 20 years old and was coming from Dubai. Fire fighters had difficulty arriving to Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue because an accident involving a bus and a rickshaw near the scene of the fire had caused a traffic jam. 23 people trapped on top of the building were rescued by a helicopter while More than a hundred people were injured in the fire.

Sunday, July 6, 2008. A worker walks alone under a streetlight as he returns to work more hours at The Stung Meanchey Landfill in Phnom Penh Cambodia. The landfill, called "Smokey Mountain" by local Khmers, is the workplace of 2000 workers, including 600 children, who collect recyclable material to earn their livings.
