To Eat or Not to Eat? I think before I even start this post, you all should know this:. I eat A lot. All the time. And I'm not ashamed of it. It seems that in today's world, people are ashamed of eating. It's almost as if it's a competition about who can starve themselves or eat the least for the longest. If they didn't skipped the meal does that mean that they're fat or that they're greedy? And trust me, its not only them thinking that. And anyways eating is good for me.
