I have long been interested in nutrition and everything about this diet makes sense. It also makes you feel great and helps you to lose weight healthily. I'm sold - though my weightloss journey is far from complete, and as with any lifestyle change, it's not always easy to stay on the Paleo wagon. I blog about all these things! She was so incredibly helpful and made every single meal, did all the laundry, even stayed up with the baby some nights. And yet I already feel like I have more time now that she is gone! My journey of TTC and also random ramblings. Thursday, July 11, 2013. My regular doctor's appt yesterday went well. My blood pressure is normal and I've gained 10lbs in total since my first appt. The baby's heart rate was in the 140s and strong and I'm measuring right on track. And they still have crappy ultrasound pic taking skills. July 11, 2013 at 6:25 PM. Yay for a little girl - congrats! Salted Spice Choc-Caramel Slice. David’s French Onion Soup. Bourbon and Maple Glazed Ham. Saturday, June 16, 2012. Cup (65g) basmati rice. 1 tbs olive oil. 1 large onion, finely chopped. 150g Swiss brown mushrooms, chopped. Cup chopped flat-leaf parsley. 1 tbs capers, rinsed, chopped. Finely grated zest of 1 lemon. 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped plus 1 beaten egg to brush. 2 x 375g blocks frozen puff pastry, thawed (I used frozen sheets because that’s all I could buy). 800g skinless salmon fillet, pin-boned.
