復興のプランが見えて来ません。 どうにかならないのかなー！ . 女川港です。港のすぐ近くですから津波が入ったとき、一気に襲われた建物でしょう。 鉄骨コンクリートですから柱はなんとか持ちこたえたようですが、外壁はパネルの貼り合わせで、軽量化を図っていますから強度がどうしても疎かになりますね。 これも港のすぐそばにあった作業所でしょう、一気の津波で簡単に押しつぶされたようで鉄骨がみえていますね。 それとも小さな船のドックかな？ 足の組み方を見るとドックのクレーンのようにも見えます。 港の桟橋に打ち上げられたタンク、税務署のランチの燃料かな？ いずれにしてもパイプが外れ流されて桟橋に打ち上がっていたタンクです。 手前のビルは外壁が皆なくなり鉄骨した残っていません。 女川は入江の中の港で外洋はほとんど見えません入口が狭く湾内が広がり港になっています。200ｋｍの長い津波が狭い入口に一気に押し込み津波の勢いを増幅したのでしょうか？ 高さは15ｍから20ｍ程になったのかもしれません。 川をまたいだ小さな橋ですがごらんのように何かわからないようなガレキの集積です。港周辺は漁港でっすので多くの加工場と倉庫...
