They reminded me of summer! I think it was the mint and lime. Spice-Rubbed Turkey Cutlets with Roasted Carrots and Minted Couscous. Adapted from Everyday Food Jan/Feb 2009); I made it to serve 2. 1/2 pound carrots, peeled and sliced into 2 inch lengths. 3 garlic cloves, smashed and peeled. 1-2 teaspoons olive oil.

Thursday, July 30, 2009. Our Terrific Thursday.Will's 1st Birthday! One of Kylee's favorite things to do out here is ride my dads lawn mower. So, I took her on a ride. When Ava saw us she jumped on, and then Will jumped on too. We let Will "drive" and he loved it (I have a video but it is not letting me upload it now, so I will try again later). While my mom and I were out we got a little cake for Will to have for his bday. After dinner we gave him the cake and he went crazy! Mooshi and Ava on our walk.
