Well firstly, i fell ill after the recent military exercise a week ago? I spent the rest of the days, replenishing my body's lost energy and was training back to my original form before Sunday was over. Jarold slpt at 4 plus, and nvr go training. lolx. no lr ah, he was doing hwk, so tt's a consolation. There used to be a time where training with juniors was so damn easy. loLx. After a long absence, I finally returned to training today, with Oliver. And oh yEa. although i nvr slackened and marginally improved, the kiddos there had improved too, especially Alvin. Is getting better to lr i can tell.
