Where Do We Help? Above and Beyond Home Help was founded by sisters, Christine Spicer and Pauline Fisher, in 2012. Their first experience in caring began with helping care for their Grandma who lived to the ripe old age of 101. From there Christine worked for a local Care Agency and Pauline took a job as a Support Advisor for a local housing association.
