I’ve run at over 100 different parkrun venues and have volunteered at a handful of different events too. If you have a parkrun near you, check it out. Last week i went swimming for the first time this year, and for the first time in at least 3 months and something strange happened. I started swimming as normal and for 2 or lenths at a time, i stopped as usual to take a breather. A thought came back to me of something my girlfriend said about when i’m running.
