Adam and Gretchen Plus One! Thursday, April 22, 2010. Last weekend we found some Bluebonnets just outside of Hempstead. We had to climb a fence, but it was worth it! She will walk across the room to see you. Her preferred mode of transportation is still crawling. Friday, April 9, 2010. The Saturday before Easter Adam, Madelyn and I went to Kemah. Adam and Gretchen Plus One! Thursday, July 15, 2010. Pointe West Galveston Texas. Maddie LOVED the ocean and she had so much fun spending time with her cousins. This was her first time to see the ocean and 'swim' in it. She loved splashing in the shallow water and walking around in it. She also liked shoveling sand into the bucket. Adam and Gretchen Plus One! Tuesday, June 8, 2010. New Orleans road trip and 15 months old! Over the long Memorial Day weekend we went to New Orleans. We drove and met my parents there. It was HOT, but we had a nice time! We ate a lot of Cajun food and found out a lot about the history of the city by taking a bus tour. The tour also took us to areas of town that were devastated. Adam and Gretchen Plus One! Sunday, February 14, 2010. We have had a great Valentine's weekend as a family. Yesterday we ran some errands and ate an early dinner at Outback (Yum! Maddie was really good as long as you kept the food coming. We bought Maddie her first pair of official shoes at Stride Rite and then we had dessert and coffee at La Madeleine.
