Frac34; cup sugar. 16 oz Marscapone Cheese. 1 Container of Cool whip. 1 ½ oz Disaronno (or another Ammeretto). 1 package Lady Finger Cookies. 1 ½ cups Apple Cider. 1) Whip egg yolks and sugar until thick and fluffy. 2) Add in Marscapone, cool whip and Disaronno and whip till think and fluffy. Set aside. 3) Lay out a layer of Lady fingers on the bottom of your pan. Pour half the apple cider over the lady fingers wait for the cookies to soak up the cider. Frac12; cup Butter, softened. 1 tsp Vanilla Extract.
