Suite à la légalisation de l'absinthe, un petit groupe de clandestins dont je fais partie, fonde le 23 mars 2005 une société coopérative, les artisans de l'absinthe. Je décide de m'y investir et de défendre ce mythe légalisé. Mon but est de proposer des absinthes de qualités produites de façon artisanale tout en respectant la tradition. Pour ce faire, j'utilise de petits alambics en cuivre façonnés de mes propres mains.

Als Folge der Legalisierung des Absinth bildete eine kleine Gruppe von ehemals Illegalen, zu denen ich gehöre,am 23.März 2005 eine Genossenschaft der „Handwerker des Absinth“. Ich entschloss mich, mich anzuschliessen und den Mythos zu legalisieren. Die Distillation, wie in der Vergangenheit, erfolgt durch direktes Feuer was dem Dampf erlaubt, das Aroma jeder Pflanze hervor zu heben.

After Absinth was legalized, a small group of clandestine distillers to which I belong, founded a cooperative society on the 23rd of March 2005: The craftsmen of the Absinth. I've decided to invest myself to continue this recently legalized tradition. As my in-laws were clandestine distillers, I've learned to know bit by bit the Myth of the Green fairy. My father in law, specialist since several years, learned me all his secrets of the distilling and the mix of the plants.
