Absinth bietet zahlreiche Kombinationsmöglichkeiten mit Softdrinks und anderen alkoholichen Getränken. Zutaten mixen und mit Mineralwasser auffüllen. Dies ist, wie bereits oben erwähnt nur ein kleiner Auszug an möglichen Absintherezepten. Hierbei handelt es sich um meine absoluten Lieblingsrezepte.

Gibt es viele Mythen und falsche Aussagen. Diese Seite soll helfen damit aufzuräumen. Der erste Absinthe wurde 1805 von Henri-Louise Pernod hergestellt. Er kaufte das Rezept von den Henriod-Schwestern ab und eröffnete mit seinem Schwiegersohn Henri Perno die erste Absinthedestillerie. Ein Jahrhundert später wurden unter dem Namen Pernod mehr als 25.000 Flaschen Absinthe hergestellt. Zu dieser Zeit war Absinthe deutlich billiger als Wein, da die Winzer von einer grossen Reblausplage geplagt waren.
