Beans are an important part of my diet and it is so frustrating on the stove top. I found this wonderful recipe packed with flavor and soooooo easy. 2 tbs ghee or coconut oil. 1 cup chopped onion. 1 to 2 jalapeños, minced. 1 tbs minced gingerroot. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp whole cumin seeds. 1 tsp ground coriander. 189; tsp. ground turmeric. 2 carrots, diced.
