On the other hand I got a letter from the hospital saying I actually have an appointment with them, and the biggest shock is it's this month. So the light improvement work on Book 4 has sort of turned into what happened with my bedroom ceiling last year: suddenly I have a huge hole and I have to take apart the whole rest of the book to repair the damage I've done. I sort of felt like I should carry on the Medwin Christmas thing but going from that to my NaNo and then back to Medwin sort of feels like overkill.
