Thursday, August 11, 2016. 心的轮回。凡夫的心是夹杂着烦恼的，受想行识都以自我为中心。当种种念头化为行动，所造作的就会形成业力，储存在我们的心识里。不同的业力成熟时便会招感不同的果报，并在我们临终时牵引着我们到相应的地方去。 所以啊！我们应该多返心自照，守护自己的身口意。通过修戒来保护自己，修定来锻炼内心，修慧以最终了解身心与宇宙的真相。倘若没有内观的智慧，往自己的起心动念处，去看、去修，我们的人生会是黑暗的。只因心作不了主，只会跟着念头、烦恼. Friday, January 31, 2014. 和表哥谈天，也谈心，他很坦诚地告诉我他近来所面对的问题。 我用心听着。之后给了他一些适当的意见，也安抚他说：. 8220;别害怕，这是正常的，我也经历过这样。”. 虽然，我也是在学习的过程中。但是我能够理解他的心情，也懂得他需要的是什么，什么能够帮助他走出来。 面对自己内心的这段旅程，是漫长的，是坎坷的，是需要坚强的勇气与耐心的。但，只要继续走下去，让内心的烦恼与无明一层一层地脱落，我们会越走越开心，越走越自在。 一开始看见自己的不足时，难免会惊讶。害怕。讨厌。排斥。 不能接受，也不敢让别人知道自己的内心。甚至觉得自己的种种弊病是不正常的。 8220;不，不只是你有这些问题。很多人都有。只是程度的轻重而已。”. 希望能安他的心。不再抗拒这样的自己。而我，也确确实实曾经面对这样的习气呀！是可以改善，是可以走过来的。 只因，我是过来人。是通过三宝的教导，善知识的身教言教，我提升着生命的品质。 因为感恩，因为明白其他人也一样有着内心的无明痛苦，所以能帮的，就帮吧！ 佛法那么好，知道的人那么少，误解的人那么多。 What inspires me recently.
