عالم الصحة والجمال والرشاقة. الثلاثاء، 24 يوليو، 2012. كيف تفطر في رمضان. بعد صيام عدد ساعات طويل في نهار رمضان وانتظار الاذان ومدفع الافطار بفارغ الصبر يُهيء لك انك قادر علي التهام مائده الطعام بكل ماعليها بسبب احساسك بالجوع طوال اليوم . وذلك مايعرف باسم الجوع الكاذب. فالمعده الخاويه طول نهار رمضان تحتاج لتمهيد اولا لتعمل بكفائه غير ذلك فستظل تاكل وتاكل دون شبع. لذلك ينصح بالتالي لتنعم بصحه جيده في رمضان:. ابدء فطارك بكوب من اللبن او الزبادي مع التمر لتعوض جسمك الطاقه اللازمه له طوال اليوم ثم صلي المغرب.
